some random thoughts frm The New Paper to share. i found them rather funny.take it w a pinch of salt and laugh.dear readers, hope this brightens up your day...

HAPPINESS
To be happy with a man,you must understand him alot and love him alittle.
To be happy with a woman, you must love her alot and not try to understand her at all.

LONGEVITY
Married men live longer than single men do but married men are alot more willing to die.

PROPENSITY TO CHANGE
A woman marries a man hoping that he will change, but he doesn't.
A man marries a woman hoping that she won't chang and she does.

DISCUSSION TECHNIQUE
A woman has the last word in any argument.
Anything a man says after that is the beginining of a new argument.

HOW TO STOP PEOPLE FROM BUGGING YOU TO GET MARRIED
Old aunts used to come up to Paul at weddings, poking him in the ribs and cackling, telling him:" You're next." They stopped after he started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

it was to be a day he'll not 4get in a hurry.
everything was normal.
he was jus gng to e coffee shop opp his place to buy supper for his mum n bro.
it was jus a short drive, barely 3 mins drive frm the coffee shop back home.
on his way back,in the all-so-familiar road,he saw sth tt almost jolted him out of his body.
he saw his grandma standing by e overhead bridge by e main rd.
as he drove past,he saw her figure wave n then gesture to him.
he turned his head to cont to see s he drove past.
his attention was focussed on wad was behind.
he did not notice tt e car was in e wrong axis.
when he turned ard,he saw a stationary white car barely 2m infront.
he jammed e brakes like wad had been taught.
n swerved e steering wheel.
he managed to avoid e car but not e kerb n e metal object infront of a hse.
Wham!
there was a huge sound.
his car had crashed
1st accident for him.
he did not think much abt e car except to go home to his parents.
he cried when he reached hm.
his mum n dad were relli worried.
his mum gave him a hug.
while his dad gave him a pat.
he was relli touched n at e same time happy to receive such concern frm his parents.
for all of u who think tt seeing one's grandma is no big deal,

i M back!!!

haha...well,well,well..to all who wondered at e sudden disappearance of me,i was away at my first In-Camp training for reservists.

must have been getting old.

RESERVIST.

when i was still serving the nature full time,i used to have an impression tt reservists r old.

now i belong to the grp.

this 4days have been real bad.missed baby alot.

Training was ok.but could not adapt to e fact tt i was not able to see baby.now i understand how my frens who were attached felt every wk when i was still in e army.the agony of not hearing ur loved one's voice except those short conversations at night must have been terrible.the pain of missing ur dearest over those wks must have been hard to bear.i never had this feeling in e 2yrs odd when i was in.but now i've found this person tt makes me crave to see her everyday.

from the v 1st day i went in on mon.had my hair checked.instantly it dismissed whatever wrong impression i had tt reservist = slack.we were made to register just like when i was enlisting on tt fateful day almost 3yrs back.

Training was packed.felt it was a huge waste of time.learnt everything tt had been taught and was tested.crap.

was supposed to leave only today.but head was so pleased w my performance w a few others tt he allowed us to leave yest nite.

woke up early to mit dear.finally i got to see my dear after so long.those 4days w/o her by my side must have felt like an eternity.

i need $$

gng to start looking for a temp job now onwards.anyone got any lobangs pls tag me or sms me k?
